Drehen &#8211; Fr\u00e4sen &#8211; Bohren und als Lohnfertiger produzuziert zeichnungsgebundene Dreh- und Fr\u00e4steile aus Eisen- und Nichteisenmetallen in verschiedenen Losgr\u00f6\u00dfen und Abmessungen f\u00fcr die Zulieferindustrie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">An Mehrachsen-CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen mit verstellbarem Spindelstock fertigen wir Pr\u00e4zisionskleinteile und CNC-Teile nach Zeichnung mit 2 bis 40 mm Durchmesser, die unser Kerngesch\u00e4ft darstellen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unter Einsatz von CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen mit 2 bis 8 gesteuerten Achsen fertigen wir Dreh- und Fr\u00e4steile aus Stangen bis 80 mm Durchmesser und bis 3700 mm L\u00e4nge und mehr mit sehr komplexen axialen und radialen Pr\u00e4zisionsbearbeitungen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">An Mehrachsen-CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen fertigen wir nachgedrehte Teile bis 300 mm Durchmesser aus Stangenabschnitten oder Gussteilen, w\u00e4hrend wir an Bearbeitungszentren mit Einfach- oder Mehrfachpaletten mit Arbeitsvolumen 1270x670x625 mm gefr\u00e4ste Werkst\u00fccke herstellen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die nach Zeichnung gefertigten und in zahlreichen Industriesektoren eingesetzten mechanischen Bauteile reichen von speziellen Produkte wie Wellen, Spindeln, Ringe, Stangen, Anschl\u00fcsse, Bl\u00f6cke, Lager, Muttern, Scheiben, Distanzst\u00fccke, Verteiler, Kupplungen, Eins\u00e4tze, Nippel, Verbindungsst\u00fccke, Stifte, Bolzen, Rollen, Unterlegscheiben, Reduziernippel, D\u00fcsen, Ventile, Schrauben etc. bis hin zu Pr\u00e4zisionskleinteilen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Produktionsmengen liegen
