Products and parts turned and milled to drawings
Unispecial is a precision engineering sub contract CNC machining company which produces CNC precision parts and mechanical components of all shapes and sizes, in ferrous, non-ferrous and plastic materials, turned and milled according to customer’s requests and drawings.
The CNC machining of precision parts starts from the raw material in chunks or bars (round / square / hexagonal or tubes) and according to drawing by CNC turning and milling obtain fine precise mechanical parts. These parts can then be suject to further working processes such as washing, various treatmens (heat treatments/ galvanic treatments ecc.), quality control checks, specific packaging ecc. which , in the and will render the machined parts in perfect compliance with all the customer’s requests and specifications.
The use of multi-axis, sliding head, CNC machine tools allows us to produce precision and heavy mechanical parts to drawings. Our core business is in the production of parts between Ø 2 mm and Ø 40 mm.
With 2 to 8 axis CNC machine tools we turn and mill parts from bar in complex and high-precision axial and radial processes. Diameters reach Ø 80 mm and lengths reach 3700 mm and beyond.
Multi-axis CNC machine tools are used for the secondary turning of parts up to Ø 300 mm obtained from bars or castings. We also use single or multi-pallet machining centers with a work capacity of 1270670×625 to produce milled parts.
Our tailor-made sub contract precision CNC parts and components are used in numerous areas of manufacturing and include special items like shafts, spindles, rings, rods, fittings, blocks, sleeves, nuts, disks, spacers, distributors, joints, inserts, nipples, connectors, dowels, pins, rollers, washers, adapters, nozzles, valves, screws, etc. and standard precision components.
We can supply quantities from a cuople of thausands to several tens of thousands of pieces, obviously depending on the nature and the complexity of the request.
